Susanne Blaukat, Owner, Principal, Founding Member

Susanne is excited to be Owner and Founding Member in Wise Women ICT along with opening a new business, "The Number 2 Company "which gives one on one support for anyone who doesn't fit the "Big Marketing Market" agenda to elevate their business with coaching and training in Branding, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.

With 20+  years in marketing, promotions, public relations and media in a predominantly male based professional sport, Susanne found a way to overcome the stresses of "fitting in" to become herself with transformation of high profile career to to help empower women in small business and life so they can become their best self.

Susanne is also a professional photographer, has been a fitness instructor for much of her life and has transformed her own personal health journey.

Dr. Patrick Garrett, Founding Member, Operations

As a father of four daughters, Dr. Garrett is excited to help co-found the

Wise Women ICT to ensure a healthier, happier, and stronger future for them.As a practitioner, he has spent over 15 years helping women empower themselves to re-gain control over their own health, happiness and inner strength.

 

He feels privileged to be a part of so many life affirming transformations and is proud to be part of a movement that will help  other patients, as well as, his own daughters to  empower the future of women.

Tanya Reutenbeck, LMSW

Scott Spradlin, Founding Member, Policies & Content Advisor

Scott Spradlin, LPC, LMAC is a published author, and mindfulness-based professional counselor who specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has been helping women recover from trauma and addictions for the last twenty years.

 

He wants to continue to bring mindfulness to women of all backgrounds, helping them to access their inherent wisdom, dignity and strength from which they may better dance with the natural pains of life while also flourishing in joy, meaning and health.

He maintains his private practice at Haus of Clarity, Wichita KS.

Dr. Jim Maddox

Jim is a teacher of peace, a mountain lover, a higher purpose seeker and a connection builder.

 

He continues to live this pursuit as an organizational development consultant and professor since 1994. He’s passionate about helping individuals and organizations experience life to the fullest, and engaging in positive, transformational change.

 

He has a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

 

Dr. Maddox is a Certified Management Trainer with Zenger-Miller/Achieve Global and a Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC).

 

His current focus centers on facilitating transformational change in developing communities and organizations.
